I was with Katie Conner of ABC 15 in the community of Aviano in Desert Ridge today. We were discussing a problem we have been having with a Homeowners Association (HOA) taking down our open house signs. When we reached out to the HOA in order get clarification on the rules to use the signs, they were unwilling to cooperate with us.
We are known for getting our clients top dollar when selling their homes, and this comes from our tried and true processes. Things like what this Homeowners Association is doing, make our job harder!
