Desert Ridge real estate is conveniently located north of where the 51 intercepts the Loop 101 freeway in North Phoenix. During this time homes have sold between $100,000 and $1,600,000. There are still some new homes in Desert Ridge available for sale and with undeveloped land around this North Phoenix community we’ll continue to see home builders adding new neighborhoods.
For the local residence there is walking-distance entertainment at the Desert Ridge Marketplace. This 1.2 million sqft commercial development offers shopping, dining, movies, outdoor fireplaces, and live music. Even though it is a hectic parking lot on the weekends, the convenience for it’s residents is wonderful.
