While driving through North Scottsdale Homes for Sale this week, one may notice the many historical and luxury cars rolling through town for the Barrett Jackson Auction. Visitors are lining our streets with a slew of museum worthy cars. When in DC Ranch a couple days ago, I was able to point out a classic to my children which could have been used in a past James Bond film. I think my excitement may have superseded their interest.
North Scottsdale Real Estate has always been home to many car enthusiasts. This week was ideal for me to garnish my open signs with detail reading, “10 car garage”, for of my Pinnacle Peak listings in North Scottsdale homes for sale. People visiting my open house were out of town visitors and locals, all appreciating a place to house their most prized vehicles. There are so many homes in North Scottsdale which cater to the car enthusiasts, as it is so widespread.
The Barrett-Jackson Auction sits on an outstanding piece of North Scottsdale Real Estate named Westworld of Scottsdale. It’s hard not to notice the big white tent as you are driving by. Amazing to think under this tent last year produced over 70 million in total sales. Car and car show lovers are in pure bliss to experience all these completely unique or very rare vehicles we may see driving around town, plus they get to be entertained by the hundreds and hundreds of venders and exhibitions.
I’ll continue to enjoy the site of the many completely unique or very rare cars rolling through town….it makes showing North Scottsdale real estate all more entertaining!
