In going through our entire selling/buying process, we tried very hard to find a flaw in the Sibbach’s Team’s dealings w/ us so as not to look patronizing in giving Jeff Sibbach “5 Stars” in every category. As you can see, we came us with no flaws in every category. Why? Because the Sibbach Team delivered 100% in all areas. He sold our condo @ $1,000 below our asking price, while 3 other real estates we interviewed said we wouldn’t get a dime more than $24,000 less than Jeff’s sold it for! Jeff recognized every positive aspect of our condo that would bring in more money. Additionally, he had Suzette “stage” our condo, painters spruce up nail marks, cleaners make the place sparkle including the windows in & out, utilized professional advertising, & our place was sold within days. On the buying side, Jeff had agent Al take us around to get a clear idea of what we were looking for in a home. When we arrived back from vacation w/ our condo sold, several homes were lined up for us to view ~ home that met our “wish list” so we didn’t waste any time looking at what we didn’t want. Al was very patient as we went back a few times to make sure our purchase was “right” for us. We bought a home within days and closed on both our condo and our new home on the same day, avoiding a double move and extra expense and stress. The Sibbach Team made our selling/buying/moving experience virtually stress-free. We can’t begin to express what this meant to us as life can bring many outside stresses, & we didn’t need a bad real estate experience to boot.
