Jeff knows his stuff. He has sold two homes for us and has been our buyer representative as well. He properly priced both homes and prepared them for sale..and his estimated selling price was completely accurate. At the same time, he wasn’t afraid to test the market and try for a higher price. Jeff’s excellent reputation among fellow realtors in the area ensured that the offer we made on our current home was taken seriously by the listing agent. I probably underestimated the importance of that when we first chose Jeff to be our realtor. And, in addition to all of that, Jeff is fun to work with. Home buying and selling has enough stress, and Jeff and his team really seemed to remove that stress from our family on multiple occasions!
