With so much of the home buying and selling process taking place from a home computer these days, REALTORS® wanting to stay at the forefront of the trends must constantly push the envelope. Incorporating the Zillow 3D Home Tour
When we got the call that Zillow was working this 3D Tour and they needed agents to them test it, we were honored to be looked at by them as leaders in the real estate marketing space. The initial pilot program was limited to Scottsdale, Arizona. I think we may have done the first ever 3D Home Tour in the field. This allows viewers to take a fully immersive tour of a property, all from the comfort of their own home.
At the Sibbach Team, we are known for shaking down every bush to find buyers for our sellers, and finding off market properties for our buyers. From hosting Open Houses, knocking on doors, and reaching out to our database of over 13,000 people within the valley, we simply outwork our competition.
HOWEVER – research shows that 44% of homebuyers search for homes online before ever stepping foot in to a home. We are all about generating traffic by making your home look the best possible to get potential buyers interested. This is where the 3D Home Tour comes in to place. This will change the home search process, and we are thrilled to be apart of it!
